dean believing victims and trying to comfort them but immediately dropping his respect for them the minute they try to escape their situation or leave their family behind is so important TO ME
i think people are interpreting this as “leaving their [unprotected] family behind” but i meant leaving their abusive families, i meant dean hating that sam told that kid in wendigo that in a few years he could leave for college, judging bela for killing her dad, judging max for killing his family members who had been abusing him his entire life. this post was about dean always choosing john and never leaving
